REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN!
This season, we will return to registering through Play Football, as mandated by Football Australia for all clubs. Dribl will remain our competition management system, where you can access fixtures, team sheets, and other competition-related information through the app as usual.
Play Football Registration
- If you have previously played, coached, or managed, you likely already have a Play Football account.
- Log in to your account and link yourself and any family members (e.g., children) as needed.
- Start by linking yourself if you have had a prior registration; this ensures the main profile is displayed correctly. You can add others through the Family Management tab.

Fees and Payments
- 2026 Registration Fees:
- U5-U9 = $170
- U10-U12 = $210
- U12-U16 = $230
- U17-U18 = $300
- All-age (19+) = $370
- Payment Requirements:
- Fees must be paid in full through Play Football at the time of registration.
- Registration cannot be accepted without payment.
- Note: A payment fee is included within Play Football, which the club cannot waive.
- Active Kids Voucher: If eligible, add the voucher during registration. Vouchers cannot be applied manually after registration is complete.
Discounts
- Family Discount: Families registering three or more immediate members for the 2026 season are eligible for a discount.

Photos
Your photo must meet the following guidelines:
- Recent (taken within the last six months).
- Passport style: plain background, head and shoulders only.
- Do not use: black-and-white photos, hats, sunglasses, group photos, blurry images, or side profiles.
Identification
- All new players and those returning after a season or more must provide ID for verification.
- Accepted forms of ID: original birth certificate, passport, or driver’s licence.
- Dates for ID checks will be announced later. ID cannot be emailed or sent via Messenger.
Team and Age Group Information
- Girls-Only Teams: Starting from U8s, the Nepean Football Association offers girls-only competitions. You can indicate this preference during registration.
- Team Requests: You may request to stay with the same team or play with a friend. While we will do our best to accommodate, returning players are prioritised.
- Playing Up a Year: Players will typically remain in their correct age group (e.g., turning 8 = U8). Exceptions may apply for girls-only teams and older junior teams (U14 and above).
Uniforms and Merchandise
- Jerseys are provided for all players and must be returned at the end of the season.
- Shorts and socks can be purchased at the canteen.
- Additional merchandise is available through our supplier, Elite Sports.
Coaches and Managers
- Registration: All coaches and managers must register through Play Football and upload a photo following the same guidelines as players.
- ID Check: Required for new coaches/managers.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC):
- Mandatory for those involved with teams of players under 18.
- Free to apply via Service NSW.
- Ensure your WWCC number does not expire during the season and upload a screenshot during registration.
- Coaching Certification: Coaches must have the relevant certificate for their age group/division.
